Where We Ship
We currently ship to Ireland only.
Additional regions will launch soon.
Processing Times
All orders are prepared with care and shipped within:
1–3 business days
This excludes weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly — but we always do our best to move quickly.
Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders using An Post, Ireland’s national postal service.
This ensures:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
This ensures a fair, accurate shipping charge for your exact order.

Rural areas may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email — and if tracking is available, a tracking link will be included.

We take great care to ensure your salsas arrive safely.

Breakages are rare — but if anything arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Shipping Issues / Problems
Please contact us right away if:

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

incorrect address submitted by customer, or

failure to collect
we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional postage charges may apply in these cases.
Warm Weather Consideration
Our salsas are shelf stable, however high summer temperatures can affect postal environments.
We recommend:

prompt retrieval of your package after delivery

avoiding leaving parcels in cars or outside for extended time
This protects product quality.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

the correct delivery address is entered at checkout
-
someone is available to accept delivery (where required)
We cannot compensate for parcels lost due to incorrect address submission.
